Subthemes covering the entire scope of the five major NCD categories namely chronic respiratory disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, mental health, and metabolic diseases have been included into the symposium. The symposium also includes subthemes in cross cutting areas such ethics, statistics, epidemiology, health professions education, health systems and behavioral sciences
